In January the pretty blonde filed for divorce after just 16 months of marriage.
The actress cited irreconcilable differences between her and  entertainment lawyer Simran Singh in the papers, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court.

Jamie and Simran split on December 27, according to the papers.
A friend told Us magazine: 'I think it comes down to she married this guy too fast.'
The news came just a few weeks the actress was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in Santa Monica, California and released on $15,000 bail.
Adding to her woes she is facing a $637,000 bill for unpaid taxes, after the IRS and state of California both filed claims against her.
A few weeks after announcing she was spliting from her husband, Jaime insited the breakup of her marriage had nothing to do with her arrest.
'People [are] thinking my divorce is happening because of the [DUI] situation,' she told U.S. TV show  Extra.  'Truth is, these are all isolated incidents.'
On My Name Is Earl, her character, Joy, was the trailer trash ex-wife of the main character Earl.
She was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Golden Globe for her role.
Jaime will soon be headed back to work, starring in the upcoming Fox television comedy, I Hate My Teenage Daughter.
The North Carolina native is also rumoured to have signed on to star in the feature film Hotel Caledonia.
It follows the journey of an inconsequential loser, his best friend, and a bunch of backpackers to work the summer season at an isolated Scottish hotel and their horrific gastronomic encounters with the owners.
The movie is set to film in Scotland and Hertfordshire, England.
